Dr. Erica Coutrim is an accomplished education leader and international consultant with over 15 years of experience driving innovative education reforms across Latin America, Africa, and Europe. She currently serves as a Head of School in Germany and an Advisor for international organizations worldwide.

With a Ph.D. in Education from the University of São Paulo/Brazil, Dr. Coutrim has been working with UNESCO, UNICEF, the OEI, and national ministries to design, implement and evaluate large-scale strategies and public policies on digital education, Artificial Intelligence, multilingual learning, teacher professional development, data management and leadership.
