Jeneen Gacek is a writer, speaker, and consultant specializing in Self-Directed Learning. Through her company, FLRSH360, she empowers families to explore a new, transformative path for parenting and education, rooted in curiosity, autonomy, and human flourishing. Her work is grounded in the principles of Self-Directed Learning, fostering self-awareness, creativity, and personal growth for families navigating a rapidly evolving world.

With a background in Business Marketing, Jeneen has embraced a diverse range of roles throughout her career, including event planner, teacher, visionary leader, product designer, and sales and marketing strategist. In 2016, her own journey in Self-Directed Learning began when she and her family adopted this approach, a shift that transformed their family dynamics and perspectives on education.

As an author, Jeneen and her daughter contributed to the book A New Paradigm of Education, in 2023. In July, she released her latest book, Parenting Unscripted: The Art of Raising a Self-Directed Kid, a guide for parents committed to raising confident, resilient, and self-directed children. She has been featured on various platforms and podcasts, including Global Nomad Parents, Building Heroes, and Our Year in Bali Community. Jeneen holds an MA with a specialization in Transformative Learning from Antioch University and additional studies from The Graduate Institute for Transformative Learning. She draws on her expertise in Self-Directed Learning, flow states, project-based learning, and personalized education over standardized methods to support her true passion: cultivating human flourishing.

Today, Jeneen facilitates workshops for parents and teens, hosts community events, and speaks on topics such as Mindful Parenting, Self-Directed Learning, Conscious Leadership, and Transformative Communities.
