Kuany is in charge of UNESCO MGIEP's #Youth WagingPeace, Talking Across Generations on Education (TAGE) & the overall Prevention of Violent Extremism through Education (PVE-E) coordination. Kuany is also a trainer for the UNAOC MENA (the Middle East and North Africa) Young Peacebuilders Programme. He is the author of The Enlightened Darkness - an intimate meditation on the causes & consequences of the Sudan civil war. He is using the book's proceeds to support girls' education in South Sudan.
