He is the Founder and CEO of Sharing Opportunities, a platform that connects youth with jobs, internships, scholarships, and learning opportunities, and the CEO of Mirai Global Education and Visa Services.

He previously worked at Karkhana, contributing to innovative learning and educational content development. Samaya has led and supported initiatives with organizations including WWF Nepal, the U.S. Embassy, and various youth-led networks. His work focuses on design thinking, leadership development, career readiness, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society
