Dr. Temitope Omotola Odusanya, She/Her, known as Temi, is a visionary leader in transformative education and a staunch advocate for gender parity. With over a decade of pioneering experience, she has redefined education to empower women and girls globally. An award-winning scholar and Lecturer (Assistant Professor of Law) at Robert Gordon University, Temi leads the Master of Laws Programme with an unwavering commitment to inclusivity and fostering an exceptional student experience.

As the founder and chair of the Gender Parity Initiative (GPI), she challenges entrenched gender norms. Her research spans global gender disparities in diverse spheres and corporate governance. Deeply aligned with initiatives in environmental sustainability and social justice and equity, Temi’s work bridges academic inquiry with real-world application, driving transformative change that ensures a net-zero future is both inclusive and equitable.
