Natasha Raisch is a Research Assistant at the Ecological Approaches to Social Emotional Learning (EASEL) Laboratory at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Natasha Raisch is a Research Assistant at the Ecological Approaches to Social Emotional Learning (EASEL) Laboratory at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she supports the Lab’s international projects. Most recently, she has led the team’s work on the Kernels of Practice in Nigeria project, helping develop low-burden, high-quality SEL strategies that are contextualized for cultural relevance. Prior to joining the EASEL lab, Natasha worked as a preschool teacher in Bogotá, Colombia, where she designed and implemented an early childhood SEL curriculum. Natasha’s research interests include culturally relevant education and the intersection of SEL and education in emergencies (EiE). Natasha holds an Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology
