Neelima Chopra, PhD is UNESCO MGIEP’s SEL Skills Coordinator. She serves as the primary programme resource for training teachers in social and emotional learning using digital interactive technologies. She is National Representative-India for ARNEC and member of Working Group on Play a World Forum Foundation. Neelima has vast experience in capacity building, research and advocacy and has led projects and research studies in early learning. She has published her work in numerous peer-reviewed publications.
